The keys on keypad are much easier to use.  And the menu scrolling space is restricted a smaller D pad area making it easier to use it. Both these qualities are something the BlackBerry Phones lack.

The MultiMedia Advanatge:

Nokia E72 has a 5.0 mega pixel camera, which ofcourse is something to go for. Yes, the sound quality may not be as good as the BlackBerry but who would buy an enterprise phone for this thing?
